A: To help me deliver the most thorough and efficient clean, it’s best if your home is generally tidy before I arrive — for example, clearing worktops, picking up laundry, and putting away personal items. This allows me to focus on the cleaning tasks and details that make the real difference. If you need help with tidying as part of the service, just let me know in advance — I’m happy to help with that too.
Q: Can you clean with animals in the home?
A: Absolutely! As a country homeowner and dog owner myself, I’m very comfortable working around pets. I just ask that you let me know in advance what animals you have, so I can ensure their safety and comfort during the clean. If needed, we can agree on a suitable space for them to relax while I work.
